Rebecca (Becky) Levy has dedicated her career to driving innovation, growth and excellence in the healthcare industry. As CEO of Vanova Health, a healthcare management services organization, she leads the company with a mission-driven focus, delivering outcomes that foster innovation while supporting the sustainability of independent medical practices in New Jersey.

Formerly, Becky was the President of Summit Health where she oversaw more than 2,000 providers across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Oregon. Throughout her tenure at Summit Health, she played an integral role in expanding the organization from 150 to over 2,000 providers and was central to the creation of new clinical programs and business lines. She also led the successful merger of Summit Health and CityMD in 2019, which ultimately culminated in the acquisition of Summit Health by VillageMD in 2023.​

Prior to that, she served in varying roles at Summit Health, including Chief Legal Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, before becoming President in 2023. Her ability to build and motivate high-performing teams through collaborative, cross-functional relationships has been a cornerstone of her success.

In addition to her corporate leadership, Becky is the founder and former President of Summit Health Cares, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to community health initiatives. She also is a frequent speaker on healthcare topics and currently serves on the Advisory Boards of StationMD and Brightway, two organizations focused on improving for the lives of underserved populations.

Becky holds a Juris Doctor with a Certified Concentration in Health Law from Seton Hall School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
She has been recognized for her leadership and contributions to healthcare, being named a finalist for NJBIZ’s “General Counsel of the Year” in 2015 and 2019 and included in Long Island Business News’ Power List Health Care in 2022. She was also listed as a Power Player in Health Care by Politics NY and amNewYork Metro in 2023. Becky is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and New York.
