Daimion Haughton brings more than two decades of experience in revenue cycle management, operations, and provider network optimization. A former U.S. Army quartermaster with a Master of Social Work from Adelphi University, he blends analytical expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior -- a combination that continues to shape his strengths-based, people-centered leadership style.

He began his career in medical billing shortly after completing his military service, quickly distinguishing himself by resolving complex billing challenges for radiology clients and consulting with providers on workflow improvements. He went on to hold key management roles with multi-site practices and hospital systems, building deep expertise in revenue cycle management, data analysis, and operational optimization. At St. Luke’s University Hospital, he oversaw billing at over 300 practices, often creating billing departments from scratch. He also served as Assistant Director, Revenue Cycle at the multi-specialty group Crystal Run.

Daimion joined Vanguard Medical Group (VMG) in 2019 as Revenue Cycle Manager, supporting the operational needs of its growing network of primary care practices. When VMG established Vanguard Health Solutions to strengthen population health efforts, he transitioned with the new organization. Daimion continued through the evolution into Vanova Health and now serves as Director of Revenue Cycle.

Today, as Director of Revenue Cycle at Vanova Health, Daimion oversees the team responsible for the full revenue cycle, including charge entry, follow-up, collections, and credentialing. He is leading the development of a provider training and auditing department aimed at strengthening documentation practices and minimizing audit risk. He also plays a hands-on role in onboarding new clients, optimizing workflows, performing financial analyses, and supporting independent providers through education, monthly CIN billing calls, and revenue cycle best practices.

Across every role, Daimion’s guiding motivation has remained the same: empowering providers to thrive. He applies his social work foundation to foster collaborative teams, navigate organizational challenges, and drive solutions that strengthen both financial sustainability and the overall provider experience.
