Gina’s extensive background spans physician-owned and private equity–backed multi-site healthcare organizations, where she has served as a trusted advisor to CEOs, Boards, executive leadership teams, and physician leadership groups. She has provided strategic consultation to successfully led multi-state integrations, complex mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale workforce transitions. Gina has designed innovative talent and leadership development strategies, built high-performing teams, elevated total rewards programs, implemented enterprise HR technology platforms, and modernized HR operating models to support operational excellence, sustainable growth, and business transformation.

Over the course of her career, Gina has held HR leadership roles across high-growth organizations and founded her own consulting firm, partnering with executives to advance human capital strategy, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and navigate pivotal inflection points. Her tenure as Vice President of Human Resources at Summit Health deepened her expertise in multi-specialty, multi-state operations and people-centered strategies that enhanced talent attraction, engagement, professional growth, and retention. These experiences shaped her strategic approach to aligning people, culture, and business strategy at scale in support of a unified mission.

Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts from Kean University and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and Certified Positive Psychology Coach. She maintains strong connections across the healthcare communities and teams she has supported throughout her career.
