Jenise Lebron

With more than 15 years of experience in clinical technology leadership, Jenise Lebron is dedicated to improving care delivery through innovative, technology-driven solutions. She specializes in optimizing electronic medical records (EMR) and supporting value-based care models.

Jenise began her career as a certified medical assistant in a multi-specialty practice, later becoming a trainer and population health analyst. An early adopter of population health strategies, she developed analytics to share with payers, built integrated care EMRs, and created workflows to support quality care. She played a pivotal role in her organization’s transition to Athena, designing the training program from scratch and collaborating with physician champions to build, test, and implement clinical content across numerous specialties—including family medicine, internal medicine, cardiology, pediatrics, pediatric orthopedic surgery, rheumatology, gastroenterology, pain medicine, sports medicine, and gynecology.

She advanced to leadership roles, most recently serving as Director of Clinical Applications at Consensus Health, where she oversaw clinical platforms for 170+ providers statewide. Her work included onboarding new practices, managing EMR integrations, streamlining workflows, and reducing patient cycle times.

Now at Vanova, Jenise is excited to build clinical operations from the ground up—providing on-site and remote support, guiding implementations, managing vendors, developing reports, and leading a team. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she ensures that technology and communications are accessible, culturally relevant, and effective for all patients. Her unique blend of hands-on clinical experience and IT leadership bridges the gap between front-line care and back-end systems.
