At Vanova Health, a medical services organization, he continues to advance this mission, ensuring the organization remains a leader in improving healthcare experiences and outcomes.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dr. McCarrick founded and serves as president of Connections at Home New Jersey, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting homebound individuals and their caregivers through tailored technology solutions and resources.
